Keep a jar by your bed and apply to the soles of your feet, legs or shoulders before sleep.

Directions
Massage a grape-sized amount into the soles of your feet and calves around 20 minutes before bedtime.
For little ones, a pea-sized amount is plenty—applying just to the feet is often enough.
For migraines, gently rub onto the back of the neck and temples as symptoms begin.
For moments of anxiety, apply to the chest or heart area to encourage calm.
Thankfully you cannot overdose on magnesium when used topically, therefore, apply as you wish. For best results use before bedtime.
