Our Returns Policy
At Wholistic Herbals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty item or wish to cancel your order, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
• You must notify us of your request within 7 days of your order confirmation.
• We do not offer exchanges or refunds due to dissatisfaction with a product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancelling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your purchase. This period starts the day after you receive your items.
To cancel your order:
1. Notify us in writing within 7 working days.
2. Return the item(s) unused and sealed.
3. Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund, including the original delivery charge.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened or used.
How to Return an Item
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
• Ensure the product is sealed and unused.
• Include a note with your name, address, order number, email, and phone number, along with the reason for your return.
• Securely package your items and send them to:

• Returns are at your own cost. We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage, as we are only responsible for returns once they have been received.
• If a return is lost in transit, we cannot process a refund.
Alternatively, we can arrange a courier collection from your home for an additional charge.
Faulty Items
We take great care in making our products, but if you receive a faulty item, we sincerely apologise.
• If the fault is identified within 30 days of purchase, please contact us with details. We may ask for a photo of the fault before deciding if a return is necessary.
• If a return is required, we will refund any standard second-class postage for faulty items.
• For faults reported after 30 days, please contact us to discuss the issue before sending the item back.
Please ensure you follow all product care instructions, as we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Processing Returns
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 working days to process. Returns are handled in the order they arrive, and we will email you once your refund has been issued.
Please note that refunds may take 3-4 business days to appear in your account after processing.
