As a student herbalist and homeopath, the deeper I study the body’s natural detoxification pathways, the more I appreciate the importance of gentle, consistent support rather than harsh detox regimes.

Every ingredient has been thoughtfully selected for its natural mineral composition, unique properties and traditional uses.

Magnesium Chloride

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions throughout the body, including energy production, normal muscle and nerve function and healthy metabolic processes.

Magnesium chloride has long been valued in mineral bathing traditions, helping create a soothing bathing experience that encourages relaxation and provides comfort after a physically demanding day.

Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulphate)

Traditionally used in therapeutic bathing rituals, Epsom salts are a popular choice for soothing tired muscles and promoting relaxation.

Their addition creates a comforting mineral soak, ideal for unwinding after physical activity or the stresses of everyday life.

Bentonite Clay

Formed through the natural weathering of volcanic ash, bentonite is a remarkable mineral clay known for its absorbent and adsorbent properties.

Its fine particles and electrically charged surfaces allow it to attract and bind certain substances, including positively charged ions, under suitable conditions.

These properties make bentonite particularly interesting in cleansing applications, where it can help absorb excess surface oils and impurities from the skin.

Zeolite (Clinoptilolite)

One of the most fascinating minerals in our formulation.

Clinoptilolite is a naturally occurring volcanic mineral with a unique porous crystalline structure and natural ion-exchange properties.

Its microscopic channels and negatively charged framework allow it to attract and bind certain positively charged ions.

Zeolite has been extensively researched for environmental purification, including its ability to adsorb certain heavy metals and pollutants from water under controlled conditions.

Although these properties do not establish that bathing in zeolite removes toxins from the body, they demonstrate the remarkable natural mineral chemistry that makes it such an interesting ingredient in our formulation.

Rhassoul Clay

A mineral-rich Moroccan clay traditionally used in natural cleansing rituals for centuries.

Naturally containing magnesium and silica, rhassoul is particularly valued for its ability to absorb excess surface oils and gently cleanse the skin without the need for harsh cleansing agents.

Simply add your mineral bath blend to the pouch and place it into warm bathwater, allowing the salts to dissolve while helping contain the clays and botanicals.

How to Use

Fill the reusable pouch provided with approximately half a teacup of Earth Detox. Secure the drawstring and place into a warm bath.

Allow the mineral salts to dissolve, then soak, unwind and enjoy a moment of stillness.

Rinse the pouch thoroughly after use and allow it to dry.
