Marshmallow root and mullein bring soothing, demulcent qualities to dry and irritated tissues, while plantain has a long tradition of use for calming irritation within the throat and respiratory tract. Lemon balm and skullcap add a gentle calming element — particularly valuable when an irritating cough makes it difficult to settle — while ginger provides a subtle warming balance to the formula.

Directions

Take orally up to 4 times daily. Can be taken directly or added to tea, juice, or smoothies.

Dosage Guidelines:

6 months – 2 years: ¼ teaspoon
3 – 6 years: ½ teaspoon
7 – 12 years: 1 teaspoon
13 years + (adults): 1–2 teaspoons
